Attacked by a Thunder Ice Storm in the Middle of the Night - Budget Gear Camp

3 Generation Deer Camp in a Snowstorm.  We get snowed in at the off grid cabin during our annual deer camp.  A smaller version of our annual family deer camp.  Despite our best efforts, no deer were harmed during the filming of this video.  Normally this hunt is a big extended family affair held at a different location.

Freezing Rain

Powerful Weather explores how weather affects people all around the world.  Children will learn about rain, snow, sleet, hurricanes, tornadoes, and more. Kids will learn about the water cycle. 

Bailey learns the way in which weather affects people all over the world. Through his adventure, he comes to understand how weather affects the clothes we wear and the places we live, as well as the animals and land all around us.

Kids like things that are exciting to them, like playing and exploring the world around them. If we can connect learning with fun adventures, then we can reach that potential that we all know is there.

We know that kids learn best by experience and having fun. That’s why at Learning Videos Channel (LVC)  we place an emphasis on fun, and let the kids learn at their own pace. By exploring with Bailey and going on adventures, kids learn important science concepts. Soon they begin to realize that learning and fun don’t have to be independent from one another.

Science is the study of the world around us. Scientists learn about their subject by observing, describing, and experimenting. There are many subjects and branches of science. Some study outer space like astronomy. Other sciences study life (biology) or the earth (geology) or even matter and energy (physics). Below are some subjects that you may be interested in or studying in class. The world around us is fascinating and learning about it can be fun and interesting.

Bailey's adventures are an exciting experience that is typically a bold, sometimes risky, undertaking. His adventures may be activities with some potential for danger and fueled by his curiosity of his observable surroundings. His adventures are often undertaken in order to achieve a greater goal such as the pursuit of knowledge that can only be obtained through science and the power of observation.
