Designed to fit M12 and m12S Rek-O-Kut overheads (older ROK overheads also possible after further modifications). 
What I forgot to mention (and do), is to protect the feedscrew (cloth, sponge etc). from the hits of cutterhead mouning, during the job.

No spring, adj. counterweight DASHPOT MOD for Rek-O-Kut Challenger / Imperial record cutting lathes

This was quite the interesting mod. I had a lot of fun and lost plenty of brain cells but here is a compilation of the best moments. If you guys want to see more let me know and I would consider coming back and finishing the game.

The Biggest Ideas in the Universe | 6. Spacetime

In this discussion, our panel will explore the concept of 'living on water' throughout the period covered by The world of Stonehenge exhibition.

Highlighting recent excavations and research from across this sweep of time at a number of key water's edge sites, including the internationally famous settlements at Star Carr and Must Farm, our panel will consider what made these locations attractive to people and what benefits they brought. Watery places had great economic benefits but also huge ritual significance. They also bring about special kinds of archaeological preservation, enabling organic objects and architecture to survive. How did all of these different qualities relate and in which ways are watery attributes reflected in the archaeological record of the times?

This event is part of the public programme accompanying The world of Stonehenge at the British Museum (17 February – 17 July).

In reply South Africa were all out for 332 runs in 1st innings.
Jacques Kallis played a SENSATIONAL INNINGS OF 162 RUNS IN 1ST INNINGS.
England declared their 2nd innings at the score 570-7.
Marcus Trescothick played a GLORIOUS INNINGS OF 132 RUNS,Andrew Strauss played a SUPERB INNINGS OF 136 RUNS and Graham Thorpe batted BRILLIANTLY FOR HIS UNBEATEN 118 RUNS in 2nd innings.
South Africa needed 378 to win in 2nd innings and when they were at the score 290-8 match was called-off.
